My car never got serviced because it was not started at the scheduled appointment time. This was despite me making it clear that the car was needed by lunch and to let me know if that was going to be an issue. My appointment was at 8. I called to check on the car at 10:45, and it had not even been looked at yet. I finally got a call at 11:55 telling me what the issue was, but no work had been done.

They did an inspection and gave a list of things that needed attention. I took that list and have had the wipers replaced , air filter and cabin air filter replaced, a fuel treatment was done and had a set of tires put on my vehicle already. Thanks for taking the time to check all the extra things while I was there for an oil change . These things are all important to keep my vehicle in working order and safe.. thanks again
