Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty

Every component of your new Chevy vehicle, from bumper to bumper, is protected under manufacturer warranty for defects related to material or workmanship for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Powertrain Limited Warranty

Your Chevrolet powertrain is protected under manufacturer warranty for defects related to material or workmanship for five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. Examples of covered components include the engine, transmission/transaxle, transfer case, and drive systems.

DuraMax Diesel Powertrain

Your new Chevrolet Silverado 2500 or 3500 Heavy Duty Pickup’s 6.6L Duramax® Turbo-Diesel Engine is protected under manufacturer warranty for defects related to material or workmanship for five years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Battery & Electric Components

In addition to the bumper-to-bumper warranty applied to all new Chevrolet models, new Chevrolet Volt, Bolt EV, and Malibu Hybrid models also come with warranty coverage specific to the battery and electric components for eight years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Rust-Through Warranty

All body and sheet metal components are protected under manufacturer warranty for six years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. No additional rust protection applications are required or recommended while warranty applies.

Roadside Assistance & Courtesy Transportation

Every purchase or lease of a new Chevrolet model includes roadside assistance services for the length of the powertrain limited warranty. Included services are emergency towing, lockout service, flat tire change, emergency fuel delivery, jump starts, and mobile EV charging (in select markets).

Maintenance

Every purchase of a new Chevrolet model includes two complimentary maintenance visits within two years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. Included services are oil and oil filter change, four-wheel tire rotation*, and a 27-point vehicle inspection.

OnStar® Guidance Plan

Many new Chevrolet models come with a six-month free trial of the OnStar® Guidance Plan. Included services are automatic crash response, SOS/Emergency services, crisis assist, roadside assistance, stolen vehicle assistance, and turn-by-turn navigation.

OnStar® with 4G LTE and Built-In Wi-Fi® Hotspot

Many new Chevrolet models come with a three-month free trial of 4G LTE Wi-Fi with OnStar®. This hotspot allows customers to connect up to seven devices at once while the vehicle is on or in accessory mode.
